The availability of certain functionalities will depend on the account and subscription status.
Protecta Lawyers does not guarantee the full or partial recovery of investments, capital, interest, or other amounts declared by the user.
The information, documentation and advice provided do not constitute a promise of specific economic or legal results.
The outcome of any potential claims depends on external circumstances, documentation, applicable legislation and decisions made by third parties.

Declared companies may remain pending linkage to Protecta Lawyers' internal catalog.
Administrative linking allows information to be organized and access to related publications to be enabled, but does not certify the existence or enforceability of the debt.
Administrative changes to a company's linkage must not alter the historical identity of consultations already made.
The monthly fee is calculated individually for each declared company.
The higher of the following amounts shall apply:
The total monthly fee is the sum of the amounts calculated for all declared companies.

The 60 monthly payments do not constitute a minimum commitment period.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time and shall not be required to pay future monthly payments that have not yet accrued.
If the user completes the 60 monthly payments effectively due and paid for their cycle, they may continue accessing the services contemplated for that cycle without further recurring charges, subject to the applicable terms.
The addition of new companies or the contracting of additional cycles may result in different economic conditions, which must be communicated and accepted before new charges are generated.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Upon contracting, the user authorizes the monthly charges corresponding to the accepted subscription amount.
The subscription will continue to renew on a monthly basis while it remains active and there are outstanding monthly payments within the contracted cycle, unless cancelled or otherwise terminated.

If a payment fails, becomes overdue or remains outstanding, Protecta Lawyers may temporarily limit functionalities subject to an active subscription.
